Our Mentorship Program was started to monitor the progress of our scholars. Every KEP Scholar is matched with a mentor who meets with them either over Zoom or in person to discuss their academic, social, and financial progress at least six times a year. 

Through these discussions, the organization gains a better understanding of the challenges and needs of our scholars.

The insights shared by mentors help KEP adapt its policies, improve how our programs are delivered, and respond promptly to issues affecting our students.
